The Contest will begin on the date that the first entry is submitted and accepted by Real Pet Food Company Ltd and will continue until Real Pet Food Company Ltd, in its sole discretion and without notice, terminates the Contest (the Contest Period).
The Contest will consist of monthly competitions, quizzes or polls (each a Competition, Quiz or Poll) during the Contest Period.
During the Contest Period Real Pet Food Company Ltd will select a winner/s for each Competition, Quiz or Poll (a Monthly Winner/s) from Entries received prior to 2.30pm on the third Friday of that month. Where Friday is a public holiday in Auckland, the Monthly Winner/s will be selected from Entries received by 2.30pm on the previous business day. All times are NZST.
Entry
The Contest is open to any person who is (both at the time of entry and at the time the Competition they have entered is judged) resident in New Zealand, not an employee of Real Pet Food Company Ltd or any of its associated agencies or suppliers and who submits an Entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry (a Contestant, you, your).
To enter, a Contestant must:
provide his or her full and correct name and email address;
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry;
follow the instructions of the Competition application; and
submit an answer or entry to a Competition, Poll or Quiz (an Entry).
A Contestant can only submit a single Entry to any Competition, Quiz or Poll, but may enter and win multiple Quizzes during the Contest Period.
Prizes
Each Monthly Winner will win Real Pet Food Company Ltd products up to a maximum value of NZ$100.
Each Winner will be drawn by Real Pet Food Company Ltd from those Entries that answer the Quiz question(s) correctly. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Weekly Winners will be notified by email using the email address they provide when entering the Contest. You consent to your name being used for promotional purposes in relation to the Contest if you are a Weekly Winner.

Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Contest and these Terms and Conditions of Entry will be governed by New Zealand law.
Real Pet Food Company Ltd may vary these Terms and Conditions of Entry and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest, any Quiz, or the prizes at any time without notice.
Real Pet Food Company Ltd will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the Contest. To the extent that Real Pet Food Company Ltd cannot disclaim its liability you agree that Real Pet Food Company Ltd liability will in any case be limited to the value of the prize awarded to each Monthly Winner.
